Dr David Bozward was named in The Maserati 100, announced by Maserati and the Centre for Entrepreneurs (CFE), and appears alongside the likes of John Caudwell, co-founder of Phones4U,and easyjet founder, Stelios Haji-Ioannou.

The search for the prestigious Maserati 100 was launched at the end of last year as part of the Italian car brand's centennial year celebrations. In partnership with the Centre for Entrepreneurs members of the business community were invited to nominate the individuals who they felt should be recognised for their support of the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Dr Bozward is a prolific technology entrepreneur, educator, mentor and advisor on international youth entrepreneurship. With a background in 3G technology, he is now founder and chair of games company Dojit and a senior lecturer at the ³ÉÈËBÕ¾.

Dr Bozward has delivered several national campaigns to nurture youth entrepreneurship, helping scale student enterprise charity NACUE and investment group Find Invest Grow. He has delivered entrepreneurship bootcamps and guest lectures at over 20 universities; advises the European Commission and other public bodies; and is the author of several books and guides for entrepreneurs.

"It's fantastic being recognised as one of the top 100 of Britain's most successful mentors and business advisors who are supporting the next generation," he said. "Working with young people and their business ideas has always been inspiring for me and I just love being able to help develop their passion in business and social entrepreneurship."

Critiqued by an expert panel from the Centre for Entrepreneurs to reach the final one hundred names, the full Maserati 100 list can be found on a dedicated website: .

Luke Johnson, serial entrepreneur and founder of the Centre for Entrepreneurs, said: "Entrepreneurs have long been celebrated for their role as job creators " indeed UK entrepreneurs have created more jobs in the past five years than the rest of the EU combined " but their deep commitment to helping others often goes unnoticed. The Maserati 100 exemplifies the economic and social value of entrepreneurs; growing the economy, creating jobs and helping the next generation do the same."
