Emma has been a qualified nurse for 30 years, spending 27 years in Community Nursing.

She completed her BSc (Hons) District Nursing in 2008 and has taken on additional roles within District Nursing. This includes as a Clinical Practice Educator and more recently the Team Leader of a busy rural caseload covering South Shropshire.

She is passionate about District Nursing and hopes she will inspire the next generation of nurses to pursue a career in community nursing.

Emma is also a Professional Nurse Advocate and and she is committed to supporting wellbeing through restorative supervision.
