Jeremy is a full-time PhD student in the School of Education at the ³ÉÈËBÕ¾. 

Jeremy’s main research interests are social justice in education, inclusive education policy, qualitative research methodology and religious identity. His PhD research concerns British Muslim experiences in education. He is conducting an ethnographic study into British Muslims’ interaction with the education system, with a particular focus on Muslim identity as seen from within the community itself. He is exploring themes of multiculturalism, critical pedagogy, Islamic conversion and education policy.

His supervisors are Professor Stephen Parker and Professor Richard Woolley.
