Dr Muhibul Haq is a senior lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship in the Worcester Business School, ³ÉÈËBÕ¾, United Kingdom. He received MSc in Project Planning and Management and PhD in Small Business Management from University of Bradford.

His research interests include sustainable success, competitive advantage, knowledge management, customer relationship management, strategic management, and strategic human resource management in the contexts of microbusinesses. He has published in several journals including Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Journal of the International Council for Small Business, Journal of Asia Business Studies, and International Journal of Management Development. He is a regular contributor to the annual conferences of Academy of Management (AOM), European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), European Academy of Management (ERUAM), and British Academy of Management (BAM). Muhibul moderates a weekly radio programme called ‘the Contribution of Microbusinesses’ in Radio Sangam, a local radio station based in Huddersfield, United Kingdom. Muhibul is a former Chevening Scholar (an elite programme run by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the United Kingdom).

Prior to becoming an academic in 2018, Muhibul worked in a variety of organisational and country contexts for over 20 years in different management roles. Besides, he worked internationally for international development organisations including The United Nations Development Programme, The International Fund for Agricultural Development, and The Aga Khan Development Network.
